Dinah is a Legal Associate at the firm. Her core areas of Practice include; Corporate and Commercial compliance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Litigation.

With a deep-seated belief in the importance of regulatory adherence, she provides clients with insightful legal guidance that ensures their businesses operate within the confines of the law while maximizing their commercial objectives.

Dinah serves as a Tribunal Secretary for several Arbitration and Adjudication Tribunals, playing a pivotal role in managing the procedural aspects of complex matters.

She is also committed to guiding clients through the complexities of family law and immigration practices, handling sensitive matters with the utmost care and professionalism.

Dinah further ensures that Clients receive thorough representation and achieve favorable outcomes in litigation by meticulously preparing for each case, conducting in-depth legal research, and crafting compelling arguments tailored to the unique circumstances of every client.

Prior to joining Namara Musinguzi & Co. Advocates, Dinah worked at R. Nsubuga & Co. Advocates and ADIL Advocates & Solicitors respectively. She also worked in the legal department of the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative. In all these entities, Dinah ensured that the Clients received comprehensive and accurate legal support.

Dinah is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She is also a holder of a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration from the University of Cincinnati USA in association with Uganda Christian University, a Certificate in Human Rights awarded by the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative, and a Certificate in Human Rights Law awarded by the United Nations in conjunction with the John Sentamu Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law..
