This is a multi-faceted Department that handles Resolution of Disputes through Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution respectively.

The Litigation arm of this Department boasts of a strong team that is retained by leading local, regional, & international corporate clients to provide Litigation support and representation in all courts and tribunals in Uganda.

In all contentious matters, Mediation is considered the method of first resort in the resolution of disputes because we believe that Alternative Dispute Resolution saves the Client’s time as well as resources. With expertise and a dual perspective, we represent and strongly advocate for our clients’ interests using Alternative Dispute Resolution methods to achieve optimal outcomes while minimizing the need for prolonged litigation.
